The present study was intended to examine the influence of leader’s humor behavior and organizational diversity climate collaborative conflict management, and the mediating role of negative emotion regulation. Validity and reliability test was conducted. Self-report evaluation measures were administered to a sample of 242 employees in South Korea. Structural equation modeling was used to verify the relationship among variables. Analytic results are as follow. First, The results revealed that leader’s humor behavior and organizational diversity climate had a positive effect on collaborative conflict management. Negative emotion regulation mediated the relationship between leader’s humor behavior and collaborative conflict resolution, and between organizational diversity climate and collaborative conflict resolution Implications and limitations were discussed.
