Smart phone aided informational practice teaching of "inertial navigation" course

This article first analyzes the shortcomings of the conventional practice teaching of "inertial navigation" course. At the same time, aiming at enriching the informational practice parts of the course, stimulating students’ interests in class and exercising the students’ ability to analyze and deal with complex problems, a number of smart phone-based inertial navigation experiments are designed, such as the use of accelerometers to measure the length of any linear object, the use of gyroscopes to measure the angle of mobile phone rotation, the use of accelerometers to measure the horizontal attitude angles, and the like.
