Guided by the theory " Feed - back model for Studying the Drain of Enterprise Staff" , the author holds that enterprises should place emphasis on the passive apperception to prevent the employees from draining and transform it into positive apperception. The enterprises should form such managerial philosophy and enterprise culture which are rooted in staff.
