Method for manufacturing super-smooth surface

The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a super-smooth surface. The method comprises the following steps: forming an adhesive layer on a substrate; adhering single-layer microspheres on the adhesive layer to obtain a microsphere formwork; transferring the microsphere formwork by a plastic material to obtain a surface with a sunk micro-structure; and filling the sunk micro-structure with a lubricant, and forming a lubricant film on the surface to obtain the super-smooth surface. According to the method, the microsphere formwork is obtained by adopting a mode of adhering single-layer microspheres on the adhesive layer, has good robustness and is suitable for microspheres with various sizes; the method is simple in process, relatively high in efficiency and easy to operate, and can be used for easily manufacturing the large-area microsphere formwork. Furthermore, the method can be used for carrying out patterned operation to form the super-smooth surface according to a set shape and/or pattern.
