Electrospun PVDF-TrFE-Based Piezoelectric Sensors

In this chapter, our aim is to explore the latest developments that use electrospun poly(vinylidene uoride-triuoroethylene) (PVDF-TrFE) nanoweb bers in fabrication of stretchable/exible piezoelectric sensors. e discussion will focus on the electrospinning parameters, morphological, spectral, and electrical properties of PVDF-TrFE nanoweb ber and its applications as piezoelectric sensors. Moreover, some of the diculties faced by electrospun bers such as precise deposition, large-scale production, exibility improvement, and subsequent integration into exible/stretchable piezoelectric sensors are also discussed.
