Immunological characterization of 21 human anti-Rh (D) monoclonal antibodies

1988
In this work we studied 21 human monoclonal antibodies (MAB s ) which appeared during the screening tests to have an anti-Rh (D) specificity. These antibodies were then tested especially by agglutination techniques using a panel of human red blood cells RBC of common and rare phenotypes in order to: 1 - Confirm their specificity 2 - Investigate their reactivity with Rh variants 3 - Determine their in vitro potency (titre and quantitation) using various techniques.
