Effect of the Key Environmental Factors on Mycelial Growth of Agaricus balchaschensis

2015
The research of exploring the optimum temperature, light and pH value on mycelial growth of Agaricus balchaschensis Samgina G.A.Namfrom Boston Lake laid a foundation for the key technology of attenuation and cultivation of A.balchaschensis.Mycelial of A.balchaschensis was treated by-5℃to 40℃,light and pH 4-11.Mycelial growth was observed and recorded. The results showed that the mycelium of XJAU-Ab2012 could grow under temperature ranged from 10℃to 30℃,and the optimum temperature was 25℃.The mycelium grew under the light or dark, but the mycelium grew better in the dark than light. The pH value ranged from 4to 11,the optimum pH was from6 to 8.This research proved that the mycelium growth of A.balchaschensis required the medium-low temperature, intermediate light and weak acidic and weak alkaline soil environment.
