Method for reducing banded structure of cold-rolled low-alloy high-strength steel

2016
Embodiments of the invention provide a method for reducing a banded structure of cold-rolled low-alloy high-strength steel, which is used for reducing banded structure of the cold-rolled low-alloy high-strength band steel. The method comprises the following steps: placing a blank for producing a cold-rolled low-alloy high-strength steel into a heating furnace, and heating the blank, wherein the in-furnace time of the blank is 240 to 280 min, a uniform heating time is 40 to 80 min, a secondary-loaded section outlet temperature is 1200 to 1230 DEG C, and the temperature of discharged steel is 1240 to 1280 DEG C; primarily removing scales of the blank by using a high-pressure scale removal device; successively rolling the blank by virtue of a coarse rolling unit and a fine rolling unit, and obtaining a hot-rolled sheet; cooling the hot-rolled sheet in a layer cooling device; and coiling the hot-rolled sheet in a coiling machine to form the band steel.
