Automatic system of back nailing machines

The invention relates to the field of nailing devices, in particular to an automatic system of back nailing machines. The automatic system comprises a nailing system and a control system. The control system conducts datamation control over the nailing system. The nailing system comprises the two back nailing machines and an automatic steering line between the two back nailing machines. Each back nailing machine comprises a guiding and positioning device, a nailing device and a belt conveying device. The guiding and positioning devices are arranged at the front ends of the nailing devices. The belt conveying devices are arranged at the rear ends of the nailing devices. The front end of the automatic steering line is connected with the belt conveying device of one back nailing machine upwards. The rear end of the automatic steering line is connected with the guiding and positioning part of the other back nailing machine downwards. Manual work is replaced with the automatic device, and the production efficiency is improved and can hit one nail every two seconds; the nail hitting strength and depth can be controlled and are uniform, the product quality is improved, and the scrappage is lowered; and the manual material supplementation time interval is more than half an hour, manual work is saved, practicability is high, and the automatic system is easy and convenient to use.
