Design and implementation of intelligent laboratory control system based on Arduino

In the process of teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities, setting up student laboratories is an effective way to cultivate students' practical ability. However, with the expansion and opening of laboratories, a series of problems, such as difficult access control, cumbersome reservation process and low attendance efficiency, have emerged in the daily operation of laboratories. In this paper, starting from the daily management of the laboratory and the development and application of the Internet of Things technology, the system design objectives, platform technical elements and innovation points are described. Secondly, the key technology of the hardware terminal of the Internet of Things in the system design is introduced in detail, and then the intelligent laboratory control system platform is designed and developed according to the software development process. Based on the Arduino, the intelligence laboratory control system set lab reservation, access control, network attendance and other functions in one. It plays a good role in promoting the daily maintenance of students' laboratory, overall allocation of teaching resources, and the high-quality implementation of classroom attendance, which is conducive to standardizing laboratory management, improving teaching efficiency, tightening classroom discipline, and fostering a good environment for innovative research.
