cell composition for treating human or animal bodies.

1991
Composition for treating human or animal organisms comprising cells expressing genes allowing them to produce in vivo one or a plurality of biologically active substances, said cells presenting genetic characteristics preventing them from developing durably in the treated organism and making them susceptible of being eliminated artificially or naturally from the organism. These compositions may be used particularly in the treatment of tumors or cancerous affections, in which case the substances used are interleukins. The cells contained in these compositions are at least partially allogenic or xenogenic.
