Fixed point theorems and \(L^{*}\)-operators

Within the framework of spaces admitting special \(L^{*}\)-operators (such as continuous or \(L_{n}^{*}\)-operators) we prove fixed point theorems (of Brouwer or Schauder type) and discuss some related issues (e.g. the existence of symmetric equilibria).
