Identification of pathogen of anthracnose in pepper (Pipper nigrum).

The isolates of pepper anthracnose fungus from Baoshan were obtained,purified,and re-inoculated during 2010~2011.This pathogen was identified as Colletotrichum gloeosporioides(Penz.) Sacc.based on the results of Koch's postulates,morphology,and ITS sequence analyses.
