LOS TRABAJOS DE COLABORACIÓN SOCIAL EN ESPAÑA EN EL MARCO DEL WORKFARE

Despite the widespread and rapid expansion and implementation of the workfare policies since the 1980s, in Spain its only reflection is the social collaboration work. A jointly theoretical insight of the concept of workfare and a legal analysis of the social collaboration work must make possible to obtain a critical evaluation and lex ferenda in this matter.
