Anisotropic Photoconductivity and Magnetic-Field-Induced Photogalvanic Effect in Pb5Ge3O11

The anisotropic photoconductivity and magnetic-field-induced photogalvanic effect in ferroelectric Pb5Ge3O11 crystals have been investigated. From comparison of experimental results with theoretical calculations the mobility of the nonthermalized carriers and the coefficient of the photocarrier alignment are determined.
