Antimicrobial use alliaceous derivatives for the prevention and control of crop diseases, rots and postharvest as environmental sanitization products, compounds propiltiosulfinato propiltiosulfonato propyl and propyl treatment pre and post-harvest, in fruit rots control and vegetables; disinfection of agricultural soils, control of microorganisms, environmental disinfection of food industry, systems and equipment, disinfection of food packaging boxes. Applicable as pure active ingredients, or as mixtures, in aqueous solutions or in any formulation, either liquid or supported on solid agent or formulated; as sole active ingredients or formulation, together with other synthetic or natural antifungal agents, biocontrol, fertilizers, antioxidants, growth regulators or other purposes; by dipping, spraying, wet, spraying, atomizing, soil injection, irrigation networks, by drenching or generally any other treatment system or application.
