The invention relates to fungus plant cultivation, in particular to a ganoderma tsugae imitating wild short-cut wood cultivation method. The method comprises the steps of (1) strain preparation including (a) mother strain preparation, (b) protospecies preparation and (c) cultivar preparation, (2) short-cut wood cultivation including (a) mature material cultivation and (b) raw material cultivation and (3) harvesting which shall be conducted in time when the inner sides of pilei are golden yellow by means of observation. Ganoderma tsugae cultivated artificially is low in cost, high in yield, good in quality and high in effective constituent content, thereby having huge economic benefits, social benefits and ecological benefits.
