Turgut Özakman’ın yapıtlarında toplumsal sorunlar

Yazdigi oyunlarla Turk Tiyatrosu’na, belgesel romanlari ve arastirmalariyla da tarihsel gerceklere katkida bulunan Turgut Ozakman, yasamini ulke hizmetine adamis bir edebiyat ve kultur adamidir. Yazarin basta Şu Cilgin Turkler romani olmak uzere, toplum genelinde buyuk ilgi uyandiran yapitlari rekor sayida okura ulasmistir. Bu arastirmada, Turgut Ozakman’in yapitlarinda yer alan toplumsal sorunlarin incelenmesi amaclanmistir. Tarama modelindeki arastirmada yazarin tum yapitlari belirtilen amac dogrultusunda incelenmis, kaynak tarama ve gorusme yontemleriyle elde edilen veriler betimsel yontemle degerlendirilmistir.Arastirmanin giris ve yontem bolumlerinden sonra, ucuncu bolumde kuramsal cerceve, dorduncu bolumde yazarin yasam oykusu ve yapitlarinin tanitimi yer almaktadir. Arastirmanin besinci bolumunu olusturan toplumsal sorunlar, temel toplumsal kurumlar bazinda genis ve kapsamli bir siniflandirmayla, ekonomi,siyaset, aile, din, egitim ve kultur ana basliklari altinda incelenmistir. Altinci bolum sonuc ve onerilerden olusmaktadir. Arastirmanin sonucunda, yapitlardaki toplumsal sorunlarin incelenmesi ile birlikte, yazarin kendisi tarafindan onaylanan, ayrintili bir yasam oykusu olusturulmus, onun cok yonlu kisiligi, yetistigi kulturel cevreler, dusunce ve degerler dunyasi ile sorunlar icin onerdigi cozum yollari da ortaya konulmustur. Ozakman yapitlarinda ulkemizin toplumsal sorunlarinin buyuk bir kismina deginmekte, bilincsizlikten kaynaklandigini dusundugu tum sorunlarin cozumunu, toplumun egitim yoluyla aydinlanmasinda gormektedir. Yazarin calismalari kaynak zenginligi ve icerik yonunden, farkli alanlarda yapilacak yeni arastirmalara uygun bir zemin olusturmaktadir. Absract     Turgut Ozakman, a great man of literature and culture, devoted his life to serving his country and contributed to Turkish theater and history with his plays,novels and research studies. Ozakman’s documentary novels, especially Şu Cilgin Turkler (Those Crazy Turks) aroused great public interest and reached a record number of readers. The purpose of this study is to examine the social problems in Turgut Ozakman’s works. Designed in a survey method, this study examines all works of the author for the specified purpose and assesses the data obtained through literature review and interview methods by descriptive analysis. Following the introduction and the method sections of the report,theoretical framework, author’s biography and the description of his works take place in the third and fourth sections respectively. Social problems are examined in terms of a broad and comprehensive classification of the basic social institutions: economy, politics, family, religion, education and culture in section five. Section six consists of results and recommendations. Besides the social problems in his works, a detailed biography approved by the author himself, his multifaceted personality, his cultural environments, his world of thoughts and values, and the solution proposals for the problems have been included, as well. Ozakman discusses most of the social problems in our country and thinks that solution to all that stem from unconsciousness, is the enlightenment of the society through scientific education. His works constitute a basis for new studies in different areas in terms of rich resources and content.
