A compound of general formula I: (see formula) wherein: R1 is-S (O) 0-2-A, -C (O) -A, or - (CH2) 0-1-A, wherein A is selected from aryl and heteroaryl, optionally substituted with one or more groups selected from hydroxy, cyano, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, thioalkyl, halo, haloalkyl, hydroxyalkyl, nitro, alkoxycarbonyl, alkylcarbonyl, alkylsulfonyl, haloalkylsulfonyl, amino, alkylamino, dialkylamino, alkylaminocarbonyl , alkylcarbonylamino, alkylaminosulfonyl, alkylsulfonylamino and; C1-6-alkyl R2 is selected from hydrogen, C 1-6 alkoxy, and C1-6 -tioalquilo; R3 is selected from hydrogen and C1-6-alkyl; R4 is selected from hydrogen, halogen, C1-6-alkyl, C1-6-alkoxy, C1-6-thioalkyl, haloalkyl, cyano, and alkylcarbonyl; and one of R5, R6 or R7 is a group of general Formula B, wherein W is a -CH- group or a nitrogen atom, and R8, R9 and R10 are each independently selected from hydrogen and C1-10 alkyl or R8 and R9 together form a C3-C4 alkylene; (See formula) and the others are independently selected from hydrogen, halogen, C1-6-alkyl, C1-6-alkoxy, C1-6-thioalkyl, haloalkyl, cyano, and alkylcarbonyl; Or individual isomers, racemic or non racemic mixtures of isomers, prodrugs, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts or solvates thereof excluding the compounds wherein R1 is -S (O) 2-A, wherein A is selected from aryl and heteroaryl substituted by C1-C6 alkylcarbonyl; R2 is hydrogen or C1-C6-alkyl; R3 is hydrogen or C1-C6-alkyl; R4, R5 and R6 are hydrogen or halogen; R7 is a group of the following general formula: (See formula) wherein R8 is hydrogen or C1-6 alkyl, and R9 and R10 are hydrogen.
