Research on the Property Development for Urban Rail Transit Depots

Through analyzing the necessity and feasibility of rail transit depot property development,the paper puts forward several development modes:green roof,property development of depot covers,ground property development,above-ground and underground comprehensive development of the depot as wel as underground space development of the depot.The paper also lists certain representative depot development cases accordingly.Then,for ensuring the application functions and operation safety of depots,the paper focuses on the influence of property development on depots,and puts forward some protecting measures from specialized angles,which eliminates vibration and noise inside the depot as far as possible to avoid a negative impact on property development and solves the problem of ventilation and lighting to ensure normal operations of depot.As depot development experience is continuously enriched and accumulated,design problems need to be coordinated and solved at the beginning of projects for making a virtuous relationship between depot operation and property development and for building a land-intensive and environment-friendly rail transit depots,so as to promote the sustainable development of urban rail transit.
