К этиологии внутриутробных пневмоний с летальным исходом

Etiological structure of antenatal pneumonia with fatal case is discussed on the base of pathological and microbiological investigations of lungs’ and liens’ tissues. It is shown that as the etiologic agent acting increasingly bacteria were mostly members of the family Enterobacteriaceae (56%), somewhat less seeded bacteria of the genus Staphylococcus (18,7%). In a significant percentage of cases (26%) showed viral-bacterial associations. In this case, the results of clinical and morphological analysis, such pneumonia is much greater and more likely to result in death in the early neonatal period.
