Coconut Creek (Florida), ISSN 0749-0208.With the strengthening of economic globalization, the volume of international maritime industry trade is increasing, but the development of coastal logistics industrial parks and the quality of cooperation between logistics companies have exposed many problems. The paper establishes an evolutionary game model. The model covers major factors such as operating costs, transaction costs, default costs, overall revenue and distribution ratios of both parties. During the numerical simulation, in response to changes in some main parameters, we give the results of the cooperation between the two parties, which provided a reference for further research.
