OPTIMIZATION REACTION OF SOME 1, 4-DISUBSTITUTED THIOSEMICARBAZIDES WITH TUBERCULOSTATIC ACTIVITY

2 factorial experiment. The structural features of the analyzed compounds were established by spectral means. The tuberculostatic activity against Mycobacterium Tuberculosis has been tested for different concentrations of the studied thiosemicarbazides in DMSO + phosphate buffer in volumetric ratios 1:4.
