The paper deals with the research of probability to use optimization methods for improving motor power supply conditions under electricity sources asymmetry. The conditions of full reactive power compensation in electricity service have been reached by SPS-model of induction motor power supply and Nelder-Mead method. For the purpose values of compensation capacitors are varied of given optimization criterion as the norm of sources reactive power in every phase. Line currents balancing and reduction of their peak values are detected; bat power supply voltages of induction motor hold asymmetry.
