El principio constitucional de solidaridad, como directriz para la sociedad humana

espanolResumen Este articulo de investigacion inicia con la afirmacion de que los grandes problemas de las sociedades contemporaneas tienen su mas clara expresion en la pobreza y la falta de solidaridad del gobierno con las personas mas vulnerables. A partir de la idea de que las constituciones incluyen en su texto decisiones politicas fundamentales, y con apoyo en los metodos diacronico y critico-valorativo, creemos que la insercion del principio constitucional de solidaridad es un paso importante para la orientacion adecuada del ejercicio del poder publico. De este modo, una vez exploradas las diversas concepciones de la solidaridad, concluimos que el gobierno tiene que ser orientado por el principio constitucional de solidaridad, para dirigir su atencion prioritaria hacia la proteccion de los derechos humanos de las personas. EnglishAbstract This research article begins with the affirmation that the great problems of contemporary societies have their clearest expression in the poverty and lack of solidarity of the government with the most vulnerable people. Starting from the idea that the Constitutions include in their text fundamental political decisions, and with support in the diachronic and critical-valorative methods, we believe that the insertion of the constitutional principle of solidarity is an important step for the adequate orientation of the exercise of the public Power. In this way, once the diverse conceptions of solidarity have been explored, we conclude that the government has to be guided by the constitutional principle of solidarity, to direct its priority attention towards the protection of the human rights of the people.
