Research on sampling of optical fiber for ultraviolet pulse-shape measurement of high power laser

The lens imaging method is adopted in sampling of optical fiber for the measurement of temporal profile of high power laser in order to solve the problem of multi-beams,the short pulse,and the great drift of beams.The beam coupling system using lens imaging method is designed,and the influence of temporal profile is given in experimentally.It is shown that the range of coupling angle is bigger than ±1',the beam shift between 2mm,pulse fluctuation range is less than 2 times,and the time distortion quantity in 20ps.This technology has solved the stable coupling problem effectively,and guaranteed the measurement system reliability.
