Knowledge-worker Management Based on Theory of Organization Learning

Organizational learning is a continuous procedure of the creation, transmission and application of organizational knowledge. The creation and application of knowledge in enterprise is inseparable from the knowledge-worker. Thus the effective management of knowledge-worker will have a direct impact on the enterprise knowledge management as well as the ability of the core competitive advantage. The relationship between organizational learning and knowledge-worker management is analyzed. Then strategies for the management of knowledge-worker are provided from the perspective of organizational learning.
