The Questionnaire Analysis on Service Quality of Higher Agricultural Education Based on Statistical and Hierarchical Cluster

The purpose of this essay is to evaluate and analyze seven qualities of higher education,so the article uses the questionnaire survey method firstly,then bidirectional investigation that expected and perceived value for seven qualities,and finally combines the mathematical model to solve the practical problems and even achieve this aim.On the other hand,this article takes many colleges' students as the research objects,and obtains the statistical tables of expected and perceived value of seven qualities through analyzing the effective questionnaires.Then,this article was based on statistical model and system clustering model to achieve this article's aim.Finally,gives many suggestions and new strategies for the seven qualities.
