Effects of Temperature and Intensity on Tissue Culture and Rapid Propagation of Blueberry

[Objective] The aim was to screened out the optimal cultural conditions for several main blueberry varieties. [Method] Effects of temperature and intensity on rapid propagation of five blueberry varieties were studied. [Result] Lower temperature and intensity were helpful for the rapid propagation of Bluecrop; higher temperature and intensity were helpful for the rapid propagation of Elliott; lower temperature and common intensity were helpful for the rapid propagation of Brigitta; common temperature and intensity were helpful for the rapid propagation of Legacy; higher temperature and common intensity were helpful for the rapid propagation of Misty. [Conclusion] Temperature and intensity have great effects on tissue culture and rapid propagation of blueberry,and different varieties need different optimal temperature and intensity,so it need set up different cultural conditions for different varieties.
