Research on Numerical Simulation of 25CrMo4 Stress-Magnetic Effect

The metal magnetic memory detection method (MMM) was used to study the magnetic signal characteristics of the high-speed train wheelset material 25CrMo4 plate sample under static force, and numerical simulation of magnetic memory signal by the inverse distance weighting method (IDW), the one-dimensional magnetic memory signal is extended into three-dimensional space, and the characteristic parameters of the traditional magnetic memory signal are evolved into the magnetic memory signal characteristic value of the spatial domain in the form of partial derivative of the curved surface, thereby evaluating the life of the sample. The results show that: As the load is gradually increased from 50k to 150kN, the mean value of the tangential component of the magnetic signal increases to -158.4A/m, and the maximum increase of the maximum value is 12.28A/m. The gradient of the tangential component and the zero value line of the normal component of the two-dimensional magnetic signal after interpolation reflect that the stress concentration is near Y = 19mm.
