The Influence of Space Breeding to the Endophytic Fungi Isolated from Camptotheca Acuminate

Sending the strains of endophytic fungi isolated from the camptotheca acuminate into the outer-space,the influence of space breeding to the physiological characteristics and the ability of producing camptothecin of endophytic fungi isolated from camptotheca acuminate was researched.Results showed space mutagenesis could make the first generation strains growing faster,but this advantage can't be geneticed,and it didn't improve endophytic fungi's ability of producing camptothecin.
