A nonlinear dynamic magnetic network model for flux-reversal linear-rotary permanent magnet actuator considering local saturation

In this paper, a nonlinear dynamic magnetic network model (MNM) is built for the flux-reversal linear rotary permanent magnet actuator considering the effect of local saturation. The PM, stator, mover are analyzed refinely in this model, and the expression of air-gap permeance is derived. The static characteristics including back electromotive force, flux linkage and inductance are analyzed and verified by 3D finite element method and experiments, which show that the MNM is effective and correct.
