Novel hip joint prosthesis

The invention discloses a novel hip joint prosthesis which is composed of an overhauled acetabular cup. The overhauled acetabular cup is composed of two parts, namely, the micropore structure part and the solid structure part, and the micropore structure part of the overhauled acetabular cup and the acetabular fossa of the human body are in direct contact; the overhauled acetabular cup is of a hemispheric structure, the micropore structure part is arranged on the hemispheric outer surface of the overhauled acetabular cup, the solid structure part is arranged on the inner surface of the overhauled acetabular cup, and three to twelve through holes are formed in the hemispheric structure. The novel hip joint prosthesis has the advantages that the novel hip joint prosthesis can keep the good bone ingrowth pore structure, the strength of a product can also be guaranteed, and cleaning is easy; the micropore structure with the thickness being 1.5 mm is designed on the work surface of the novel hip joint prosthesis, the rest is solid, the thickness of the pore structure is only 1.5 mm, and few challenges are brought to cleaning and disinfection; meanwhile, due to the fact that the thickness of the pore structure is greatly reduced, when screws are implanted, the probability of generating scraps is greatly reduced.
