micelle forming composition comprising: a) one or more hydrophobic drugs b) one or more block copolymers, micelle forming, biocompatible comprising a hydrophobic portion and a hydrophilic; and, c) one or more polymers, water soluble, low molecular weight, biocompatible, wherein one or more water soluble polymers are present in an amount sufficient so that the composition is injectable and semi-solid and the the hydrophobic portion is selected from the group consisting of: a polyester and a polyanhydride; and, the hydrophilic portion is a polyethylene oxide.
