Palladium/Copper‐Catalyzed Oxidative CH Alkenylation/N‐Dealkylative Carbonylation of Tertiary Anilines

For the first time the aerobic title reaction is presented and furnishes the products in moderate to good yields tolerating a variety of functional groups.
