The invention discloses a mower mounted on a hydraulic excavator. The mower comprises a machine body (2), and a hydraulic system and a transmission system which are mounted on the machine body (2). The upper portion of the machine body (2) is provided with a connection seat (6) connected with a bucket rod and a connection rod of the hydraulic excavator; the lower portion of the machine body (2) is provided with an adjustable let (9); the hydraulic system consists of a hydraulic motor (4) and a hydraulic rubber pipe (5) mounted on the machine body (2); high-pressure hydraulic oils of the excavator flow into the hydraulic rubber pipe (5) to drive the hydraulic motor (4) to rotate; the transmission system consists of a belt (11), a belt wheel (10), an output shaft (8) and a cutter disk (7); the cutter disk (7) and the belt wheel (10) are mounted on the output shaft (8); the hydraulic motor (4) drives the output shaft (8) and the cutter disk (7) to rotate by the belt and the belt wheel. The mower is mounted on the hydraulic excavator, achieves the function that the excavator can cutting down bushes and large-diameter trees on the ground and in complex mountain area by high speed and large area and is featured with high efficiency, quick speed and strong reliability.
