The meanings of verbs in Divan Hafezes

The aim of the thesis is to analyze the meanings of the verb Hafez. Grammar is one of the three branches of linguistics important to build phonetic, morphological, syntactic and semantic language are discussed. In this study, a detailed study of Hafez, on the important subject of the verb and the meaning of verbs comprehensive discussion takes place. In this thesis include five forms of Hafez is the most frequent acts as selection criteria that include: touching, dragging, see, coming, wanting and for each of these actions, a semantic framework was presented. Hafez is ambiguous verbs, verbs and extend words surrounding this topic semantic transitions. This thesis consists of five chapters. The first chapter contains findings, the research objectives, questions, and hypotheses, research methodology and techniques is collected. In the second chapter, previous studies in the field of cognitive grammar and semantics and semantic transitions is studied. Chapter three, theoretical considerations, the concept of a fundamental and secondary verb's meaning. Fourth chapter is devoted to analysis and research activities of Hafiz refers to the world and the fifth chapter examines the results and recommendations for further research are discussed.
