Establishment of the shoot-tip culture system in vitro in miniwatermelon.

The techniques of tissue culture and rapid propagation in vitro on miniwatermelon were studied by using shoot-tip an explants.A good culture system for miniwatermelon was established.The results showed the optimal germination medium was 2FeMS,the optimized induction medium for shoot-tip was MS1+BA 1-2 mg/L+IAA 0.01 mg/L,in which the propagation ratio was high.the suitable medium of subculture was MS4+BA 0.2 mg/L +NAA 0.05 mg/L,and tie rootage medium was 1/2MS+0.05 mg/L IAA.
