Binary Nonlinear Curve Fitting Model Establishment and Application of Photocatalytic Methyl Orange by Nano-zinc Oxide

2012
In order to study the nano-zinc oxide photocatalytic degradation of dye wastewater role, the selection of methyl orange solution as simulation of pollutants, the test of methyl orange solution absorbance before and after the light examines the photocatalytic efficiency of nano-zinc oxide. The paper uses the binary non-linear fitting model to fit the data of nano-zinc oxide photocatalytic experiment, amending the degradation rate of nano-zinc oxide photocatalytic methyl orange. The nano-zinc oxide is prepared by sol-gel.Taking 20mg/L methyl orange solution as simulation of pollutants and records the absorbance of the test before and after UV irradiation of methyl orange solution to examine the photocatalytic properties of nano-zinc oxide. The results show that the methyl orange solution would be self-decomposition under UV light and the experimental datas obtained fits mathematical and the results indicate that the methyl orange solution degradation is in line with the binary nonlinear equations. The numerical simulation results indicate that the algorithm can achieve the optimum fitting. The purpose of amending the data of nano-zinc oxide photocatalytic experiment can be achieved through the use of this binary non-linear formula and the results of the degradation rate that zinc Oxide Catalyst methyl orange is more precise.
