The present invention relates to the technical field of display, especially relates to laminated glass in a vehicle and a head up display system thereof, and particularly relates to a head-up display laminated glass capable of adapting to a high incidence angle and a head-up display system comprising the laminated glass. The head-up display laminated glass comprises an inner glass plate, an outer glass plate, and a middle film which is clamped between the inner glass plate and the outer glass plate. The refractive index difference of a high refractive index layer and a low refractive index layer is larger than or equal to 0.5. The middle film can absorb 2% to 18% P polarized light. According to the head up display laminated glass and the system, the P polarized light is absorbed through the middle film, the intensity of the P polarized light which goes through the middle film is weakened, thus secondary image brightness is reduced, no ghosting of the P polarized light in an incidence angle 50 to 68 degrees is realized, no ghosting of the P polarized light in an incidence angle 50 to 72 degrees is realized, even no ghosting of the P polarized light in an incidence angle 50 to 75 degrees is realized, and the head up display laminated glass can be completely adapted to the head up display requirement of a high incidence angle.
