Le but de l'action de recherche entreprise est d'elargir cette connaissance a des produits jusque-la peu etudies et d'initier une analyse sur les rapports entre intervenants au sein de filieres et leurs consequences au niveau des systemes agricoles. [eng] Our knowledge of world agricultural markets is at the moment limited to some studies on main products. Our purpose is to widen the analysis to other products which have yet not really been studied and then to generalize a reflection on the coordination of economic actors and its consequence on the evolution of agricultural systeme.
