A simple micropipette or microneedle manipulator

1964
A simple holder and manipulator for a micropipette or microneedle, capable of being attached to a microscope stage or slide, is described. It measures lin. × lin. × 1½in. and has two movements independent of the stage vernier. It can be made easily at negligible cost and although it does not supplant the conventional micromanipulator, it may be used as a substitute when the former is unavailable or unsuitable.
