Exploration and Practice of the Dual-System Talent Cultivation Mode of “Teaching for Cultivation, Cultivation for Spirits” in Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology

Based on the OBE education concept and the implementation of the College Students’ Quality Expansion Credits Program in Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology since 2009, the dual-system talent cultivation mode of “Teaching for Cultivation, Cultivation for Spirits” has been innovatively proposed. This article introduces in detail the content, basic principles, organization, implementation, effects and plans for the reform of the dual-system talent cultivation training mode in Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology.
