Fingerprint Chromatogram of Radix Achyranthes Bidentata

Objective:To establish detecting methods with fingerprint chromatogram for the Achyranthes bidentata. Methods:Kromasil-5 C18column ( 250 mm×4.6 mm ,5μm ) was used with a mixture of acetonitrile-0.4% phosphorus acid as mobile phase in a gradient mode,and with ecdysteron as the reference substance. The wavelength was 254nm. The data were analyzed with'Computer Aided Similarity Evaluation' software. Results:Established the typical fingerprint chromatogram. Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate with a good reproducibility and can be well used in quality control of Achyranthes bidentata.
