The present invention discloses a class I based optical parametric oscillation laser quasi-phase matching, comprising: a femtosecond laser pump source; input coupling mirror; MgO: PPLN crystal; output mirror; dichroic prism; wherein said synchronously pumped femtosecond laser pump source, the input coupling mirror, MgO: PPLN crystal, the output coupling mirror and dichroic prism are disposed in order. Process dispersion relation between the use of the crystal according to the present invention, the temperature, the working temperature regulation of the crystal, eliminating the infrared optical parametric oscillation laser, near infrared pump light and the infrared group velocity between the signal light mismatches the optical parametric oscillation can be simultaneously satisfy the phase matching matching the group velocity, thereby obtaining an infrared ultrashort pulse laser light in a broad spectrum of high power.
