Analysis on the Factors Affecting Quantitative Characters in New Radiated Mutants of Lentinus giganteus

2010
The factors affecting quantitative characters in 20 strains or new radiated mutants of Lentinus giganteus have been analyzed. Results showed that, the 18 factors affecting quantitative characters could be divided into 7 common factors which the accumulated variance contribution rate reached 91.85%and represented most of related information.According to the included characters of main factors and their reflected meanings in biology, nutriology and zymology, these 7 common factors could be named and listed by the order of variance contribution rate:growth-promoting factor 1,CAT activity factor 2,nutrition quality factor 3,MDA factor 7,chemical score factor 4,score of ratio coefficient of amino acid 5 and sturdy factor 6.Radiation breeding of Lentinus giganteus by analyzing these 7 main factors will increase the selection efficiency of target characters and thus easily to obtain the new mutants with excellent comprehensive characters.
