The disengageable pulley device comprises a pulley (2) mounted on an inner transmission element (3) and a freewheel (6) provided with a plurality of jamming elements and a cage (22) for elements jamming, said free wheel being intended to ensure a one-way clutch between the pulley (2) and the inner member (3) transmission. The device comprises a connecting member (32) resiliently provided with a first fixing portion (34) on the inner transmission element (3), a second attachment portion on the cage (22), and a working portion (38), said working portion being movable radially relative to the inner transmission element and intended to exert a return force on the circumferential cage (22).
