This theortical reflection essay analyzes the paradigm of inclusive education in the light of the results of inclusive education in the light of the results analyzed regarding the care of th population with disabilities in Mexico and other countries.  Public and educational policies, profesional training, as well as the educational attention of students with disabilities are recognized and discussed. There are points of convergence on specific advances in inclusive education and divergent outcomes depending on the policies that each country has specific limits to address inclusion
