The measuring container (26) is used to store urine. The measuring electrode component is disposed in the measuring vessel (26) and is used to measure urine in the measuring vessel (26). The outlet tube (28) is connected to an outlet end of the measuring container (26). The on-off valve (25) is arranged on the outlet tube (28). The device and system can monitor urine parameters in real time, can reflect a state of electrolyte loss and is of significant medical interest for early diagnosis and early treatment of a disease.
