Method for cultivating bean sprouts

The invention relates to a method for cultivating bean sprouts. The method comprises the following steps: S1. immersing mung beans in water containing terramycin for 22 to 26 hours until budlets come out of peels of the mung beans; S2. drilling a plurality of small holes whose sizes are better to be smaller than that of mung beans in an empty beverage bottle, cutting a portion of a tapered bottleneck to facilitate ventilation and water pouring in the bottle; S3. putting immersed mung beans in the bottle until the height of the mung beans is 1/5 of the height of the bottle; S4. wrapping a layer of shade cloth on the bottle; S5. firstly watering; S6. taking the cloth away; S6. covering the beverage bottleneck through a layer of cloth and making sure no light can penetrate; and S7. watering in the morning, in the noon and in the night every day, making the budlets of the mung beans to be immersed in the water. Bean sprouts generate after one week. The method for cultivating bean sprouts is simple and easy to operate, and can be used for quickly cultivating bean sprouts for a family.
